For over 20 years Friends of Mauerpark has been committed to preserving and promoting Mauerpark and its unique vision of a free and vibrant public space.
The group acts independently of party politics and financial interests; it is made up of community members who understand and care deeply about the wide range of uses, interests, and meanings the park has for its millions of visitors each year.
